Balanced Body Clinic offers group and bespoke individual programmes for women from
pre-natal to peri-menopausal and beyond.
We help women to overcome specific issues such as stress incontinence, recovery from birth, transitioning through peri menopause, as well as those simply looking to get a better understanding of how their body works.

No matter your age, whether you’ve given birth, are peri-menopausal or post-operative, we have something that can be adapted to your requirements.
Back 2 WOD
Our specialist 12 week programme specifically for CrossFit or those who participate in other sports, is designed to progress you back into training. Incorporating the Restore sessions, relevant hands on treatment and recovery protocol for your situation, our aim is to get you back feeling confident in the gym or out on the pitch.
What to expect
Everyone starts off with an initial discovery call, this will establish which is the right programme for you. You will then complete a deep screening form followed by a consultation to discuss your issues, talk about your recovery and begin to create some strategies to form your plan.
Utilising breathwork, pelvic floor information, whole body movement and myofascial release techniques, we can establish a personalised rehabilitative course designed to equip you with all the tools you need for an optimal recovery.
