Bonney is qualified in clinical and sports massage, myofascial release, cupping, and rehabilitative Pilates. She is also a Reiki and Bach flower practitioner, which perfectly complements her holistic approach to treatment. She is currently undertaking further study in Advanced Clinical Massage.

Bonney has a degree in Sports Science and has a special interest in Women's Health - designing both group and bespoke individual programmes for women from pre-natal to peri-menopausal and beyond.

Bonney is is a keen CrossFitter, paddleboarder and sometimes even manages to meditate. She is also the proud co-owner of Cattle Dog CrossFit. 

Luke has Sports Massage Level 4 and holds a  
British Weightlifting Level 1&2.  As a keen weightlifter himself, Luke understands firsthand how crucial recovery is to stay strong and injury-free.
